Shipping costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on Explorer Kits. In Austria, we ship with DPD, in other countries with DHL.
Shipping fees for our Starter Kits and single building blocks, regardless of quantity ordered, are:
Austria and Germany: €5,00
United Kingdom: £9.50
Other EU countries: €10.00
USA: $24.00
Rest of the world: $24.00
Delivery time in Austria is 3-4 business days, in Germany - 4-7 business days, in other countries - up to 7-8 business days, and products are delivered Monday to Saturday.
If you order our Explorer robotics set(s) together with single building blocks, the shipping charges apply to the single building blocks. The set(s) and the building blocks will be shipped in two different packages from different warehouses.
Pre-orders
The following single blocks are currently available for pre-order only:

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and “pre-order” items, your whole order will be shipped once all items you have purchased are back in stock. If you would like to receive the available items now and the pre-ordered items later, you can place two separate orders.
Customs & Taxes
If your shipping destination is in the United States or the European Union, there is no import duty. If you are based outside of the USA or the EU, you will need to cover import duty, should any fees arise. The import duty and shipment processing fees may vary in different countries, so we recommend getting in touch with your local customs office to check this before ordering. We unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund in case you reject your shipment due to any customs fees.
Return policy
We offer a 15-day returns policy, starting from the date you receive your order. Please note that if you wish to return your product within the 15-day period, we will only cover the shipping costs within the European Union (we will send you a return label after we receive your return request to support@robowunderkind.com). If you are returning your item from outside the EU, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
